Yes. Every VPS ships with full root access on Linux or Administrator access on Windows. Install any software, configure the firewall, and reboot the server yourself from the client area.
Each VPS comes with one IPv4 address as standard. IPv6 is available on request at no extra cost. You can apply for additional IPv4 addresses (up to 16 total) with justification at any time.
Yes. Open a ticket in your client area with the IP and hostname and we will set the PTR record.

All VPS run in our two Dublin data centres (Tallaght, South City, and Whitestown). Your data stays in Ireland and all IPs are Irish.
Yes. If you outgrow the largest VPS we will migrate you to a dedicated server in the same Dublin data centre, keeping your Irish IPs where possible.
Monthly plans run to the end of the current month; annual plans to the end of the year. We do not offer a 30-day money-back on VPS.
